As part of the modernisation of the building shell, the windows were also replaced. The colours and materials chosen during the refurbishment of the façade suggest a serious and elegant approach to living and are inspired by a classical modern style.

With a height of almost 50 m and a construction volume of 350,000 m3, the headquarters of the SALEWA mountain sports brand, completed in 2011, are a new landmark in the city of Bolzano. Designed by Milanese architects Cino Zucchi and Park Associati, the building reconciles the seeming contradiction between the pursuit of progress and innovation and promoting a relationship with Nature and environmental protection.

The Seepark complex developed by GWG Stuttgart is one of the most ambitious residential building projects in Stuttgart. Located in the Möhringen district, the first phase consisted of 183 residential units split over 11 buildings, all designed as rental apartments.
