Evergreen with a green accent: the Evergreen Towers in the northern Romanian university city of Iași are a truly large-scale project: eight residential blocks, each with twelve floors, a total of 510 residential units – from studios to 3-room apartments with balconies – where over one thousand people will live.
The Evergreen Towers include parking garages, charging stations for electric cars, quiet lifts, video surveillance, photovoltaic-based outdoor lighting, rainwater supply for balcony planting and a roof that is greened with plants. In the courtyard are lawns, gardens and a children’s playground.
The apartments are modern in terms of energy and technology; natural stone and ceramic tiles enhance the living value. Windows of the innovative GEALAN system S 9000, in GEALAN-acrylcolor® anthracite grey on the outside and white on the inside, underline the high quality of the Evergreen Towers.
