Kompania qe sulmon vetminë: kjo është që qëndron pas ndëetimit të këtij kompleksi banimi në Plauen. 23 apartamente moderne u ndërtuan ne parkun e qarkut Westend Plauen. Me 70 deri në 150 metra katrorë, ato kanë hapsira të bollshme ,kanë ballkone me drejtim nga jugu dhe janë të sofistikuara nga ana arkitekturore në çdo detaj – gjithashtu janë të pajisura me dritare në ngjyrë argjendi me GEALAN S 9000.
Kompleksii banimit ka një perspektivë sociale: apartamentet me lehtësi levizese u ofrojnë të moshuarve dhe personave me aftësi të kufizuara komoditetin që u nevojitet për të jetuar jetë të pavarur në pleqëri. Por gjithashtu familjet me fëmijë të vegjël mund të shijojnë mungesën e shkallëve dhe pragjeve, rregullimin në të njëjtin nivel pa krijuar pengesa, si edhe kalimet e gjera.
Kompleksii banimit, i cili përbëhet nga tre ndërtesa, ka gjithashtu pesë njësi zyre dhe praktike. Për shembull, shërbimet mjekësore, shërbimet e transportit urban dhe kujdesi infermieror janë të gjitha afër.

Warm wine red: this colour is an integral part of the appearance of the SANTAROS KLINIKOS University Hospital in the Lithuanian capital Vilnius. The distinctive, dark red adorns the logo, website and façade – and of course the window profiles had to bear exactly this colour.
